Site Manager : New Residential Development

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the construction site, including health and safety, quality control, and programme adherence.
• Leading and motivating site teams, subcontractors, and trades.
• Regularly monitoring project progress against the agreed programme and budget.
• Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety standards on site.
• Managing all site logistics, materials, and plant.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular progress meetings.
• Maintaining comprehensive site records and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety legislation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Valid CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
