About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in groundworks, underground drainage, foundations, new builds, refurbishments, structural steel installations, demolitions, alterations, and full fit-outs. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who can oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate site activities, including groundworks, underground drainage, structural steel installation, demolitions, and full building fit-outs.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and address any issues that may arise.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with expertise in the full construction cycle.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, underground drainage, foundations, new builds, refurbishments, structural steel installation, demolitions, alterations, and fit-outs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• CSCS ().
• SMSTS and First Aid Certification (mandatory)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
