Job summary

Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a fit-out project in Glasgow for conversion of a commercial unit into a veterinary surgery. You will oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors to maintain safety and quality.

The role requires proven site management experience, with fit-out/refurbishment familiarity and a focus on delivering the project on programme to handover.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• CSCS card required.
• Proven site management experience.
• Fit-out/refurbishment experience preferred.
• Ability to drive projects through to completion.

Site Manager - Fit Out

Location: Glasgow

Rate: £300 per day

Duration: 3 Months

Start: Immediate

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work with a key fit‑out contractor on a project in Glasgow.

The project involves the conversion of an existing commercial unit into a new veterinary surgery, managing the fit‑out through to completion.

The Role:

• Day‑to‑day management of the site and subcontractors


• Managing the fit‑out programme and ensuring works remain on schedule


• Maintaining high standards of health & safety


• Coordinating trades and subcontractors


• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout


• Liaising with the client and project team


• Managing snagging and project handover

Requirements:

• SMSTS


• First Aid


• CSCS


• Proven Site Management experience


• Fit‑out/refurbishment experience preferred


• Ability to manage projects through to completion

Rate: £300 per day
