Project Location: North London

I am currently working with a large Social Housing Main Contractor, who covers a wide range of interesting and challenging planned maintenance projects in the South East of England.

They have a strong client base with a large pipeline of work that requires a Senior Site Manager to oversee.

Role: As a Site Manager, you will be on site in charge of a large cladding and EWI replacement scheme in North London. The project will start soon, and you will be responsible for managing the site from start to finish, ensuring that subcontractors complete work to the required standard and on schedule.

Requirements: The successful candidate must be an experienced Site Manager who has worked on Design & Build (D&B) projects within either a Developer or Main Contractor, specifically on cladding replacement projects.
