Job summary

Site Manager - Bromsgrove (Contract)

A boutique residential developer needs an experienced Site Manager to take their 8-plot Bromsgrove scheme through to completion in December. The rate is £220-£250 per day, with a strong chance of a permanent role afterwards.

About the opportunity

This is a small, quality-led developer building new homes with bespoke, high-end finishes. You'll take charge of their 8-plot development in Bromsgrove and see it through the final stages, up to handover and completion in December. The contract is around two months to start with. If it goes well, there is a strong chance it becomes a permanent role on the developer's next project. That is likely to be a bespoke six-bedroom new build home in Hagley.

Current site status

• 3 - Ready for snagging and handover
• 3 - Second fix / decoration
• 2 - First fix / plastering

Services are being connected now. Driveways and road finishes are still to be completed.
