Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager for an 8-week live school refurbishment project in Bromley. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating decorating, flooring and general builder works to ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven refurbishment site management experience on occupied buildings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally education or occupied buildings.
• Supervise subcontractors and site operatives on a live site.
• Strong leadership and effective communication with project team and client.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
