Site Manager Required

Location: London and South East, preferably in Bromley, Kent Area.

We are seeking a motivated Site Manager for a small to medium Main / Principal General Contractor. The role offers a Temp to Direct pathway, with a 3-month probation period.

Qualifications and Skills

• CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
• Trade backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to step up to a No.1 site management role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing varied projects, including New Builds and Fast Track Fits Outs.
• Hands-on involvement when required, maintaining a team-oriented approach.
• Performing inductions, toolbox talks, health and safety briefings, and managing paperwork.
• Client liaison, material, and labour management.
