Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Manager for a re-cladding scheme in Norwich. The role involves leading a site team, managing sub-contractors and direct operatives, and delivering works to specification on a static site that blends residential and commercial use.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cladding replacement projects and hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness qualifications, along with a valid UK driving licence.

Site Manager - Norwich

EWI & Re-cladding Scheme

Up to £60, 000 plus package

Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division.

Projects that are being delivered will be re-cladding scheme project to a High Rise Block in Norwich. This project is a full strip off the old cladding system and replacing it with a new cladding system, as well as the other associated refurbishment works (Window Renewals/ Fire Panels/ Repairs). This is a static site which is half residential and half commercial. This role is an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability
• Manage delivery of works to specification
• Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering cladding replacement projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, Asbestos Awareness and a valid UK drivers license are required.
