Kier Group in Brixworth, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Site Manager to lead a varied highways and civil engineering portfolio across the East Midlands. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and plant on live highways environments.
The role requires NEC4 contract experience, a civil engineering qualification, and professional certifications such as SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor, and 12D M7.
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our team based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of major highways and civil engineering projects across the East Midlands, helping to improve local communities through essential infrastructure, town centre regeneration, active travel, and highway improvement schemes. You'll play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery while working alongside experienced industry professionals.
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – onsite 5 days per weekAs a Site Manager, you'll be working on a varied portfolio of highways infrastructure and civil engineering projects, including junction and interchange improvements, town centre regeneration schemes, active travel projects, carriageway reconstruction, resurfacing, drainage upgrades, and structures maintenance. Working on live highway environments, you'll champion a people-first approach to safety while leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes for our clients and communities.
