We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
A £6–10m roads and infrastructure improvement scheme in Cambridge. This project benefits from Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), giving you the opportunity to shape the design, influence buildability, and drive efficient, right-first-time delivery from the outset.
You will take ownership of on-site delivery, leading a multi-disciplinary team to successfully transition from design into construction. Your focus will be on developing strong relationships with the client, designers, and supply chain, ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards.
As a key leader on site, you'll create a collaborative, high-performing environment, embedding our values and ensuring a positive experience for both stakeholders and the travelling public.

You are an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering highways or civil engineering projects in a live environment.
You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with clients, designers, and supply chain partners, particularly in early engagement phases such as ECI, where your input can shape project success.
You bring strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain high safety and quality standards on site. You are proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how to manage change and risk within a project environment.
