Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee planned refurbishment works in the Boston area. You will manage directly employed trades and subcontractors, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating labour, materials and site resources, conducting inductions, maintaining HSE documentation, and liaising with residents and the Project Manager. A valid SMSTS, CSCS card and UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience.
• Planned works/refurbishment experience.
• Knowledge of kitchens & bathrooms, rooflines and re-roofing.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Scaffold Inspection
• Asbestos Awareness
• NVQ Level 4, HNC or equivalent industry experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Site Manager - Planned Works

Location: Boston

Job Type: Temporary

Rate: £250 per day

Contract: Until 11th September, potentially extending

Mileage: Paid

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide additional support across a programme of planned refurbishment works in the Boston area.

The successful candidate will oversee residential refurbishment projects, managing site teams and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
