Saffron Housing Trust Limited is seeking a Senior Site Manager to own residential developments from start to finish. You will lead site operations, manage subcontractors and resources, and ensure programmes and budgets stay on track while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will drive build sequencing, supervise plot handovers, and ensure compliance with planning requirements, building regulations and NHBC standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within a volume housebuilding environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• A good understanding of construction processes, build sequencing, health and safety legislation, and NHBC requirements.
• Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certification, alongside a full UK driving licence.
