Experienced Site Manager

Desired Candidate: Must come from a commercial background and have 5+ years at Site Manager level, specialising in commercial fit outs (CAT A/B)

Our client is a leader in commercial fit-out projects, specialising in high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. Renowned for creating bespoke environments, they are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee two projects. The first is a conversion of an employee break out zone into a toilet block. The second will be confirmed, with the same client, in the next two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial fit out knowledge imperative - CAT A/B fit outs
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager / Contractor / Client
• Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
• Read drawings
• Update and check against the construction Programme
• Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders
• Responsible for the successful completion and handover of project
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing ITP's
• Time management
• Communicate effectively with the client and subcontractors

Required Certificates:

CSCS Black, White or Gold, SMSTS, 1st Aid, DBS Cleared

All applicants MUST have valid DRB clearance and provide their own laptop. Two credible references MUST be provided also. This is a nice job with a reputable contractor in a friendly environment. Additional work in the same region is expected.
