Assistant Site Manager

About the Role

Fawkes & Reece are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a team on a new build large commercial shed project in Milton Keynes. You'll support the Site Manager with daily operations and help keep the project running smoothly.

Responsibilities for the Assistant Site manager

Assist with managing sub-contractors and site teams

Maintain health & safety standards

Monitor progress and help keep the project on programme

Liaise with the client and attend site meetings

Handle site paperwork and reporting tasks

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build industrial/commercial projects

First Aid

CSCS card

Good computer skills (for reporting and site administration)

Good communication and organisation skills
