Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to oversee groundworks packages on a large residential project in Norwich.

This 18-month contract offers an immediate start and a key leadership role from project inception through to completion, coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met and quality remains high.

Qualifications

• Extensive groundworks site management experience in residential construction.
• SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid at Work certifications required.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing all groundworks operations on site.
