E-ACT Regional in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Site Manager for Shenley Academy to ensure the site is secure, well‑maintained and ready to support outstanding learning each day.
You will manage security and safety, lead on health & safety with the Estates Business Partner, supervise external contractors, and help plan maintenance and budget decisions. Full‑time, permanent; Mon–Thu 8am–4pm, Fri 8am–3:30pm.

As our Site Manager, you’ll be the go‑to expert for ensuring our academy is secure, compliant, well‑maintained and ready to support exceptional learning every day.
Monday – Thursday from 8am – 4pm and Friday from 8am – 3.30pm
Full time, Permanent basis.
