E-ACT's Shenley Academy site in Birmingham is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee security, safety, and day-to-day maintenance, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
You will lead on building systems, manage external contractors, monitor compliance, and coordinate with the Estates Business Partner and Headteacher to plan remedial works and budget.

As our Site Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuringour academy is secure, compliant, well-maintained and ready to supportexceptional learning every day.
Pay range: NJC SCP 22-28: £33,699 -£39,152 per annum.
Monday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm and Friday from 8am -3.30pm
Full time, Permanent basis.
