About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Site Manager to lead our team in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment at our Academy.
The successful candidate will oversee all premises-related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning, health and safety, facility lettings, and contractor management. They will work proactively with school leaders to uphold our vision and ensure efficient, effective operations aligned with sustainable principles.
The site team comprises the Site Manager, Caretaker, and five cleaning staff. Our extensive site features original buildings, purpose-built structures, a large car park, and expansive grounds, which are still being developed to maximize their potential.
