Due to a number of exciting new project awards, Our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team in Belfast.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver new build construction projects from start to finish
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager and Project Director
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Lead and motivate on-site teams
• Coordinate subcontractors and labour
• Conduct risk assessments and follow construction drawings in detail
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all site activities
• Liaise with engineers and other key stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations where necessary

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience managing new build construction projects
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Full understanding of site-level construction operations
• Relevant health & safety and site management training
• Track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budge
