Job summary

Ten Human Resources is seeking a Site Manager to oversee window and door installation projects from start to finish on UK sites. You will be the on-site point of contact, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while leading installers and subcontractors.

You will coordinate schedules, liaise with clients and teams, conduct site inspections, and maintain records. The role requires proven site management experience in fenestration, strong leadership, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a site manager in construction or fenestration/double glazing.
• Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber).
• Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
