Ten Human Resources is seeking a Site Manager in the UK to oversee window and door installation projects from start to finish. You will lead a team of installers and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on site.

You will coordinate schedules, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain thorough site records. A strong background in fenestration and SMSTS/SSSTS certification is preferred, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a site manager in construction or fenestration/double glazing.
• Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

As Site Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of window and door installation and specialist glazing projects from start to finish. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met while leading a team of skilled installers and subcontractors.

• The site manager will control day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations


• Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and labour


• As the site manager you will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery


• Conduct site inspections and quality checks


• Resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally


• Maintain accurate records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing


• Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber)


• Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential.


• SMSTS or SSSTS certification


• The site manager will have excellent communication and leadership skills


• Full UK driving licence
