Job summary

Ten Human Resources is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of window and door installation and glazing projects on-site in the UK. You will be the on-site contact, ensuring safety, quality and programmes are met while leading a team of skilled installers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, materials and labour; conducting site inspections; liaising with clients and contractors; maintaining records and reporting, and resolving on-site issues promptly to

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a site manager in construction or fenestration.
• Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a site manager in construction or ideally fenestration, or double glazing


• Strong knowledge of window and door systems (uPVC, aluminium, timber)


• Familiarity with commercial and social housing project requirements a benefit, but not essential.


• SMSTS or SSSTS certification


• The site manager will have excellent communication and leadership skills


• Full UK driving licence
