Livingstone Primary School is seeking a motivated Site Manager to oversee cleaning, security, and maintenance. The role includes managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance. The position offers a year-round contract with specific working hours.
Hours Per Week: 30hours, all year round
Work Pattern: 6.30am 10.00am and 3.30pm 6.00pm MondayFriday(a different working pattern may be mutually agreed in the school holidays)
Base Location: Livingstone Primary School
Required: from Monday 30th June or as soon as possible thereafter

All Year Round contract with holiday allowance to be taken in school holidays
Duties will include cleaning, security including opening and locking up of school, minor repairs and maintenance as required, lifting and carrying, managing the cleaner, liaising with external contractors such as window and carpet cleaners and gardener, conducting regular health and safety checks as per the schedule including fire alarm checks and the legionella draw through. Previous Premises Management experience would be an advantage. Applicants should be aware that the school is in the process of joining a multi-academy trust, Stamford Park Trust which we anticipate will be from 1 st September 2025. We believe this will offer further opportunities and support for the successful candidate.
