Job Opportunity: Site Manager at All Saints’ CEP

The governors of All Saints’ CEP are seeking to appoint a keen, hardworking, hands-on Site Manager who will integrate well into a busy school environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, practical, hardworking individual to work in our happy school. The successful applicant will ensure that school facilities are kept in an excellent and safe condition and maintained at the highest standards for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Position Details
  1. Permanent Post with immediate start (negotiable for the right candidate)
  2. Grade E Salary (£27,269-£30,060) pro rata
  3. 35 hours per week all year round, split shifts
  4. Optional entry into the local government pensions scheme
  5. Full holiday entitlement of 24 days plus Bank Holidays, rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service
  6. CPD and training opportunities
Candidate Requirements
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks including site management, cleaning, maintenance, and basic D.I.Y.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of good working practices and Health and Safety
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Preferably experience in a similar role
