Join Our Team as a Site Maintenance Technician!

Bridgewater College Academy is seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Technician to maintain our grounds and facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and inspiring for students and staff. This role involves more than routine maintenance; it's about making a positive impact in a community where students come first and teamwork matters.

We are expanding our team and have multiple positions available, with various working patterns, including full-time and part-time roles up to 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the appearance and functionality of buildings and outdoor spaces
• Performing checks and repairs as needed
• Supporting safety, security, and emergency procedures
• Collaborating with contractors and colleagues to deliver quality site services
• Ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a welcoming environment daily

Ideal candidates will:

• Enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving
• Have experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar roles
• Take pride in safety and quality standards
• Be confident in using tools, equipment, and performing practical tasks
