Join Our Team as a Site Maintenance Technician!

Are you practical, proactive, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? Do you love working outdoors, fixing things, and making a real difference every day? If so, we want to hear from you!

Stanchester Academy is looking for a dedicated Site Maintenance Technician to help keep our grounds and facilities safe, clean, and inspiring for students and staff. This role involves more than just maintenance — it's about making an impact in an environment where students come first and teamwork matters.

We are expanding our team and have multiple positions available, with various working patterns, including full-time and part-time roles up to 37 hours per week.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain our buildings and outdoor spaces
  • Conduct checks and carry out repairs
  • Support safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Collaborate with contractors and colleagues to deliver excellent site services
  • Ensure our school remains compliant, efficient, and welcoming

You Will Thrive If You

  • Enjoy practical, hands-on work and problem-solving
  • Have experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar roles
  • Take pride in doing things correctly and maintaining safety
