Sizewell C Company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor for a site-based role in Suffolk to coordinate deliveries, plant movements and access with the Civil Works Alliance. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient logistics across SZC activities, acting as the primary interface between site teams, haulage providers and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics coordination within construction, infrastructure, or heavy civil engineering.
• Good knowledge of delivery scheduling, haulage coordination, vehicle access controls, and site logistics planning.
• Understanding of compliance requirements relating to DCO conditions, booking adherence, vehicle standards, and project-specific logistics controls.
• Knowledge of supply chain requirements including FORS, CLOCS, vehicle tracking, and site access documentation.
• Ability to manage real-time operational issues including delays, no-shows, withdrawn bookings, breaches, changing site priorities, and constrained capacity.
• Strong IT skills, including confidence using booking systems, trackers, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and shared inbox management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate site teams, hauliers, suppliers, and client representatives.

Responsabilités

• Maintain logistics forecasts (HGVs, AILs, materials) and review site requirements.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, and plant movements.
• Ensure compliance with DCO and SZC requirements and monitor slot adherence.
• Manage delays, no-shows, cancellations, and reallocations; investigate breaches.
• Liaise with haulage, site teams, and SZC; act as coordination point for logistics issues.
• Support HGV and logistics reporting; track withdrawals and utilisation.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement of processes.
