Job summary

Reevr is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Sigma initiatives at our Hitchin site and drive operational excellence. You will champion cost savings, process improvements, and training of Green Belts while coordinating with the Site Leadership Team to embed a culture of high-performing teams.

The role requires a proven CI track record in manufacturing, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coach cross-functional teams toward

Qualifications

• Lean Sigma qualification essential; Black Belt highly desirable.
• Manufacturing experience essential, preferably in high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
