• Proven success leading transformation programmes and cultural change.
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of cost management, profitability, and business performance drivers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and lead teams through change.
• Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of site performance including operations, supply chain, inventory, logistics, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Operate with a strong commercial mindset, understanding how site decisions impact overall business results.
• Drive transformational initiatives focused on culture, behaviours, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
• Build strong connections between manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, customer service, and operational resilience.
• Foster a high-performance culture whilst engaging teams throughout periods of change.
• Act as a true business leader, making decisions based on long-term value creation rather than short-term operational metrics.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to support broader business objectives and growth plans.
