Zusammenfassung

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support major water and wastewater infrastructure delivery across AMP8. You will oversee site delivery from construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

The role is permanent with hybrid working where project needs allow; you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships across the North West region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction projects, ideally in the water sector.
• Relevant degree or equivalent in engineering, construction or a commercial discipline.
• Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM and construction health and safety.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial management skills.
• Water and wastewater treatment experience and chartership advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage site activities, programme, costs and quality.
• Promote high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, resources and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, documentation and commercial reporting.
• Ensure construction plans and method statements are approved before work begins.
