Job Description

My Client is looking for a Site Lead Scheduler.

The Site Lead Scheduler will work in strong collaboration with the Client Site Time Schedule Team. Furthermore, strong interfaces are identified with the installation team, the project management department, and customer and contractor’s schedulers.

You will be responsible for:

1. Detail and implement installation sequences into the schedule, with the support of the site’s installation team.
2. Managing schedule interface between “Installation Scope” and other client scopes.
3. Ensure exhaustiveness of schedule and its suitability regarding project management expectations.
4. Weekly updates of the schedule, in consistency with physical progress and client’s procedures.
5. Organize follow-up meetings and reports, and produce associated reports and KPIs.
6. Attend schedule interface management meetings with the customer and other contractors.
7. Anticipate and report to project management teams any issues or delays related to interfaces.
8. Support Commercial and Contract Management team for contract variation instructions.
9. Prepare relevant data (schedule extracts, KPIs, slides…) for project governance routines.

You will be responsible for the following deliverables:

1. Minutes of 2-Month Look Ahead.
2. Level 4 schedule for Installation Scope (weekly release) and associated macro schedule.
3. Schedule Assumption Note (monthly release).
4. Slides & KPIs for project governance routines.
5. Monthly analysis of schedule quality to ensure compliance with the Client's rules and best practices.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Primavera P6 Software.

Additional Information

• 18-month contract.
• Hybrid work: 3 days onsite per week.
• Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, dependent upon experience.
