Job description

Senior/Principal Landscape Planner
Bristol, Cardiff or Birmingham
Salary commensurate with experience

A large multidisciplinary consultancy are seeking a chartered landscape planning professional at either Senior or Principal grade. With typically in excess of 8 years’ experience, this role can be based in any of the three locations on a hybrid basis.

Managing the delivery of a range of landscape planning and strategic design project commissions for internal and external clients, you will have a background in delivering project work on time and within budget and be comfortable representing the landscape discipline internally within a project team and externally to a range of stakeholders and clients. You will have a good grounding in most aspects of the landscape profession and will play a role in business development, client relationship building and bid preparation.

Requirements:
• A background in authoring LVIAs as appraisals and ES chapters.
• Preparing and managing the production of graphics and visualisations.
• Some experience in business development, including preparing fee proposals and methodologies.
• A chartered member of the Landscape Institute.
• Full driving license
