Job Description

My client is looking for a Site Lead Scheduler.

The Site Lead Scheduler will work closely with the Client Site Time Schedule Team. Strong interfaces are also identified with the installation team, project management department, and customer and contractor schedulers.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Detailing and implementing installation sequences into the schedule, with support from the site’s installation team.
2. Managing schedule interfaces between the “Installation Scope” and other client scopes.
3. Ensuring the schedule is comprehensive and meets project management expectations.
4. Providing weekly schedule updates aligned with physical progress and client procedures.
5. Organizing follow-up meetings, producing reports and KPIs.
6. Participating in schedule interface management meetings with the customer and other contractors.
7. Anticipating and reporting issues or delays related to interfaces to the project management team.
8. Supporting the Commercial and Contract Management team with contract variation instructions.
9. Preparing relevant data (schedule extracts, KPIs, slides) for project governance routines.

Deliverables include:

1. Minutes of the 2-Month Look Ahead.
2. Level 4 schedule for Installation Scope (weekly updates) and associated macro schedule.
3. Schedule Assumption Note (monthly updates).
4. Slides and KPIs for project governance routines.
5. Monthly schedule quality analysis to ensure compliance with client rules and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Primavera P6 Software.

Additional Information:

• 18-month contract.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite.
• Salary between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience.
