Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a candidate to support decommissioning, demolition and remediation projects across the UK, with significant site work and travel. You will join the Ground & Water team within Earth and Environment, contributing to setup, delivery, and eventual progression toward supervision and management of works.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Engineering Consultancy or Industrial Engineering or site-based role.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction / Demolition Management, or Health, Safety & Environment related field.

Responsibilities

• Attend works/site briefings, meetings and workshops.
• Observe and report contractors' works.
• Assist in data gathering and surveying of new projects.
• Adhere to best technical, engineering and health and safety practice with training.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and project team.
• Provide operational assistance towards project delivery.
• Deliver tasks cost-effectively and on time.
