Reading School Estates Team seek a Site Controller to look after the grounds, teaching areas and residential property across the school site. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance, site security as a key-holder, and out-of-hours emergency cover.

It involves monitoring and coordinating essential works to keep the site safe and functional. Experience in buildings maintenance and managing site projects is desirable, along with a strong commitment to customer service and effective communication
