Reading School is seeking a reliable Site Controller to oversee day-to-day maintenance of the school premises, grounds and facilities on-site in Reading. The role sits within the Estates Team and focuses on safety, security and a well-maintained environment that supports a positive space for learning.

We require a background in buildings maintenance, project management and strong customer service, with a pragmatic, solution-led approach.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day maintenance of the school estate, including grounds, teaching areas and residential property.
• Act as key-holder and, with other team members, be responsible for the security of the school site.
• Ensure essential works are undertaken.
• Act as point of contact for out-of-hours emergencies.
• Proactively identify maintenance requirements and ensure the school site is operationally safe.
