Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and building compliance.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Able to coordinate contractors and on-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site contact for building operations and safety.
• Conduct daily checks and monitor fire safety measures in common areas.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors; ensure reports and actions are shared with tenants.
• Maintain logs, incident records and compliance documentation.
• Provide weekly updates on works in progress and potential impacts.
