Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Direct & MOH costs at site – ensure correct reporting and variances vs AOP.
  2. Month-end reporting of Direct & MOH costs – accurate & timely (execute / Make decisions).
  3. Support Business Partner to deliver site Finance priorities (Execute / Provide Consultation).
  4. Produce Balance sheets to prove month-end balances.
  5. Accounts Payable ownership for Raw Materials procurement at site ($15mm).
  6. Site MyBuy Superuser (provide consultation).
  7. Attend QCDM.
  8. Ensure GCS & SOX compliance.
  9. Ensure GRIR report is kept under control, no entries over 121 days.
  10. Any other Finance administration requirements.
Qualifications

Essential:

  1. Purchase Ledger experience.
  2. Working Excel Skills.
  3. Ability to work to deadlines.
  4. Eye for detail & Spotting errors.
  5. Ability to work on numerous systems.
  6. Drive for results and ability to work under pressure.
  7. Ability to prioritise.
