Job summary

Organon is hiring for a Site Facilities Management Lead to join our manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will lead the Facilities Management organisation, including utilities management, the Engineering Centre of Excellence (including maintenance systems, electrical systems, compliance ownership, reliability engineering and drawing office), and own the site’s IFM partnership.

This is a key site role reporting to the Engineering leadership team, with a focus on reliability,

Qualifications

• Degree level engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with sustainability, maintenance and facilities engineering strategies.
• Competent financial management to create and manage budgets.
• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills within the organisation.
• Ability to influence third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management performance and uptime improvement.
• Lead site engineering systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute the energy management and sustainability plan.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards across site operations.
• Manage FM contract and vendor performance with Procurement.
• Oversee Building Maintenance budget and asset lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem solving.
• Provide coaching and development for FM team.
