Job summary

Sizewell C Company is seeking a Site Engineer for the Enabling Works and Earthworks in Suffolk, a site-based role within the Civil Works Alliance. You will support setting out, safety, quality records, and progress reporting on early SZC civil works.

The role requires a degree or relevant site experience, CSCS card, full UK driving licence, and willingness to work away from home. You will work within a team delivering critical civil infrastructure for Sizewell C.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree in relevant discipline or site experience in utilities/construction.
• CSCS card is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to work away from home.

Responsibilities

• Produce Task Briefing Sheets and Method Statements.
• Brief workforce on permits and safe work practices.
• Carry out safety inspections as required.
• Provide accurate setting out and primary control.
• Maintain survey equipment and registers.
• Read drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Produce as-built drawings and records for handover.
• Contribute to weekly programme and KPI data.
