A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Site Engineer Lead to join their growing team, covering a static contract in Loughborough.

Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies - always audit ready
  • Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
  • Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable
  • Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools
