Parker Jones Group Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer for housing developments around Cardiff and Swansea. You will set out detailed works from contract drawings, check plans, drawings and quantities, and ensure quality control per client specs.

You will support the Project Manager and installation teams to deliver defect-free handovers. Candidates should have proven setting-out experience on civil engineering projects, a CSCS card, and strong communication and teamwork skills to operate safely on

Competenze

Experience setting out on civil engineering projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, Health & Safety and regulations.
CSCS card required.
Excellent communication and ability to liaise with site team and clients.
Ability to work well in a team and troubleshoot on site.
Proven track record on housing projects.
Ability to check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy.

Setting out detailed works as per contract drawings with regular checks.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy.
Ensuring quality control requirements are met and recorded per client specification.
Providing engineering support to overcome technical problems.
Conducting pre-start site surveys.
Ensuring timely handover with quality records and defect-free works.
Promoting high Health, Safety and Environmental standards on site.
Site calibration checks.
Assisting in resolving unexpected technical difficulties.
