Job summary

Blue Inn Recruitment is seeking a Senior Engineer/Project Engineer for a Civil RC and Groundworks project in Cardiff. You will manage site engineering documentation, carry out limited setting-out duties, and ensure QA records are kept up to date to support on-site delivery.

The role requires proven Civil experience, CSCS card, and strong coordination with site management and the wider engineering team to monitor progress and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Site Engineer on Civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of site engineering documentation and QA procedures.
• Ability to carry out limited setting out when required.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection records, ITPs, RFIs, and AS-built information.
• Review drawings and ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications.
• Carry out limited setting out and surveying duties as required.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and project requirements.

Rate: Negotiable
Duration: Minimum 12 months

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/ Project Engineer to join a Civil project which is consist of RC and Groundworks project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site engineering documentation, maintaining accurate project records, and carrying out limited setting-out duties to support the smooth delivery of works.
