Keelings Finedon site seeks a Site Engineer to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable. You will drive proactive maintenance, reduce downtime, and enforce health and safety standards across production equipment.

Ideal candidates hold City & Guilds Level 4/5 (mechanical or electrical) with 17th Edition and have a multi-skilled background. FMCG exposure and strong problem-solving are highly valued.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 4/5 (mechanical or electrical), 17th Edition preferred.
• Multi-skilled background (mechanical and electrical) desirable.
• CDM awareness preferred; experience in food production is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with UK health & safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Lead preventative maintenance schedules and monitor asset condition.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain flow.
• Maintain accurate records of work and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support or lead on capex or automation projects where needed.
