Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer in Exeter to support the technical delivery of civil engineering works on a key project. You will work closely with the project team to ensure works are carried out safely, accurately, and in line with drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have site engineering experience, a Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent, and a CSCS card. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus a car allowance and

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or construction discipline.
• Prior practical site engineering experience required.
• CSCS card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and supporting the technical delivery of works.
• Ensuring works comply with drawings and contract specifications.
• Maintaining accurate site, engineering and quality records.
• Supporting health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Identifying and helping to resolve technical issues.
• Liaising with site management, subcontractors and project team.
• Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery.
