Job summary

DB RECRUITMENT is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver technical support and site engineering expertise across bulk earthworks operations. You will interpret drawings, manage earthwork volumes and uphold safety standards on site.

The role requires a Civil Engineering qualification (Degree or HNC/HND), hands-on experience in bulk earthworks, and proficiency with surveying equipment and software (Topcon, AutoCAD, LSS). Travel and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Bulk Earthworks.
• Proficient in surveying equipment & software (e.g. Topcon, AutoCAD, LSS).
• Good communicator.
• SMSTS / CSCS / FIRST AID.

Responsibilities

• Set out & oversee bulk earthworks operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications & geotechnical data.
• Monitor and calculate earthwork volumes.
• Ensure guidelines and safety are met at all times.
