Job summary

Solution Search Limited - Civils & Rail is recruiting a Site Engineer to support EA flood defence schemes, based across Worcester and Birmingham. You will be responsible for setting out, QA, and supervising contractors on active sites.

The role requires a Civil Engineering HNC and ideally SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS with First Aid. Owning your own engineering equipment is a strong advantage; an immediate start on an ongoing, outside IR35 contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering.
• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS with First Aid ideal.
• Own engineering equipment is advantageous.

Job description

Due to an increase in workload within their EA works, our client, a top Regional Contractor in the UK are looking for a Site Engineer to support these works which include debris screens and flood defence schemes all for the Environment Agency.

Based from varying sites between Worcester and Birmingham, daily duties will include Setting Out, QA and overseeing Contractors on site.

To be considered for this, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Civil Engineering and will hold SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS with First Aid ideal and own Engineering equipment also a great advantage.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and ongoing contract.
