Job summary

East Anglian Site Engineering Ltd. seeks an experienced Site Engineer for an Anglian Water project in Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex. This full-time contract runs through Christmas 2026 with potential for further work.

The candidate must have civil/site engineering experience, microtunnelling expertise, and be proficient in setting out, surveying, QA/QC and record keeping while prioritising health and safety on a live utility site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.
• Microtunnelling experience is essential.
• Valid Confined Space certification.
• Anglian Water Passport preferred (can be arranged).
• ARC Level PPE required.
• Competent in setting out and surveying using modern surveying equipment.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong focus on health, safety and quality standards.

East Anglian Site Engineering is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join an Anglian Water project based in Walton-on-the-Naze, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to secure work on a key utility infrastructure scheme with continuity of work through to Christmas.

The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background within civil engineering and utility projects, with microtunnelling experience being essential. You will be responsible for setting out, surveying, quality control, record keeping, and supporting the site management team to ensure works are delivered safely and accurately.
