Job summary

Active (Pathways) Solutions UK Ltd are seeking an experienced Site Engineer - Mechanical Setting out for a 400KV cable tunnel project on a national basis within the UK. The role requires CSCS and other relevant tickets, plus references.

Start Date: January 2027. Pay: £450 per day. Temporary position with responsibilities including setting out mechanical works and ensuring alignment on site. Tickets such as National Grid CP, IPAF, PASMA and First Aid are advantageous.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 recent relevant work references.
• Beneficial: National Grid CP, IPAF, PASMA, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, Confined Spaces.

Responsibilities

• Setting out mechanical works for a 400KV cable tunnel.
• Ensure site alignment and tolerances.
• Coordinate with other trades on site.
