Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer to join a major highways infrastructure project in Lincoln. You will support delivery on site, manage setting-out and surveying, and ensure activities are completed to project specifications.

The role requires reading technical drawings, strong QA and ITP awareness, and excellent communication and organisation to coordinate across teams. Immediate start offered on a 12-month contract on a high-profile scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven site engineer experience on highways/civils projects.
• Strong setting-out and surveying skills with relevant equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Good QA/ITP understanding and site documentation discipline.

The Role

The successful Site Engineer will be responsible for supporting the delivery of works on site, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within highways/civils infrastructure.
• Strong setting-out and surveying experience.
• Competent with relevant engineering and surveying equipment.

• Strong understanding of QA, ITPs and site documentation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
